Description
Harbour Coffee had outgrown a generic store theme. Their beans sold well in person, but online the brand felt flat and checkout took too many steps.
We started with the roastery itself: hand-drawn labels, warm wood and tasting notes chalked on a board. The new site borrows that warmth with big product photography, simple tasting-note tags and a subscription that can be set up in two taps.
We designed and built the store around clear product pages, simple tasting-note tags and a shorter checkout. The subscription flow and wholesale page gave regular customers and cafes their own straightforward way to order.
The site launched alongside a refreshed packaging range and a new wholesale page for cafes.
“Juno understood what made us different and made the whole site feel like walking into the roastery.”
