Description

Oakline’s furniture was carefully made, but its identity and website did little to show the work behind each piece. Buyers struggled to compare sizes, finishes and lead times.

We looked at how buyers choose a piece, from the first material detail to the practical questions about size and delivery. Clear typography and close-up photography kept the focus on the furniture.

We designed a simple identity and built product pages with room for photographs, finishes and specifications. A clear enquiry route and downloadable catalogue made it easier to take the next step.

The new identity and site launched together. Product enquiries and catalogue downloads increased, while the team spent less time answering questions already covered on the page.

“The new site gives our work the space and clarity it needed.”

Ellis Rowan, Co-founder
